SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Subscription Plans We offer flexible subscription options for our coffee. When you subscribe, you'll save on every delivery and never run out of your favorite coffee!
How Subscriptions Work
- Choose your preferred delivery frequency (every week, bi-weekly or monthly).
- Subscribers receive up to 10% off regular prices on every order.
- Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment.
- You'll receive an email reminder before each upcoming delivery.
Managing Your Subscription You have full control of your subscription through your customer account:
- Pause: Temporarily pause deliveries at any time. Your subscription will remain active but no orders will be processed until you resume.
- Skip: Skip individual deliveries if you're well-stocked. Your next delivery will automatically be scheduled based on your frequency.
- Modify: Change your delivery frequency or update your shipping address anytime.
- Cancel: Cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties.
- Free Shipping automatically applies to your first shipment and won't be applied if you cancel and later resubscribe.
All changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery date to take effect for that shipment.
Billing & Payment
- Your payment method is charged on each renewal date.
- If payment fails, we'll notify you and attempt to process payment again. After 3 failed attempts, your subscription will be paused.
- You can update your payment method anytime in your account settings.
Shipping
- Subscription orders are processed on the same schedule as one-time purchases.
- We roast Mo. - Fri. each week and ship within 3 business days (holidays might affect that schedule due to carrier timelines that are out of our control).
- First delivery includes free shipping / Standard shipping rates apply to all subsequent orders.
- Delivery times vary based on your location.
Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.
- Cancellations take effect immediately, but any orders already processed will still ship.
- Refunds for subscription orders follow our standard refund policy.
Product Changes If a coffee becomes unavailable, i.e. when a Single Origin goes out of season, we'll notify you of any substitutions and offer alternatives based on your preferences. If you were already charged and elect to not substitute we will issue a refund of your payment.
