Sweet Science Coffee Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Shipment: At Sweet Science Coffee, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of your purchase to avoid any complications. You can cancel your order by contacting our customer service team at contact@sweetsciencecoffee.com. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.
Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it. However, you can return the order after you receive it. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to return your order for a refund.
Subscription Cancellations: If you have subscribed to receive our products regularly, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Please notify us at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for the next shipment. You can manage your subscription settings directly through your customer account on our website or contact our customer service for assistance.
Custom Orders: Custom orders are subject to specific terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Please review your order terms carefully as custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced.
