Sweet Science Coffee Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: 
Coffee shipments are charged with the following flat rates: 
One box: $5 within the US
Two boxes: $7.50 within the US
Three+ boxes: Free shipping within the US
Note: If your order contains mixed items, i.e. coffee and merch, total shipping fees are calculated at checkout. 
Coffee shipping rates don't change. Shipping cost for other physical goods is based on your location. You will see rates broken down by product before checkout.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Carrier-caused delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We currently ship only within the US. For international order requests please contact us.

Standard Shipping: We are committed to delivering our freshly roasted coffees with efficiency and care. Depending on customer location most packages arrive within 5 - 7 days.

Processing Times: All orders are roasted and processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders, for example during peak holiday season, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Supplier Notice: We work with different providers, depending on the type of product and in line with our quality standards. That means if your order contains products from more than one provider (such as coffee from our roasting facility and merchandise or apparel we have printed elsewhere), you will receive your items in separate shipments and possibly on different dates. You will receive tracking information for each item. We do our best to combine as many items as possible, and strive to send products from the production facility closest to you in order to reduce shipping cost and time, as well as environmental impact.   

Damages: Sweet Science Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
