Seller note: We love this kettle as a perfect beginner tool and highly recommend using this kettle on an electric cooktop rather than a gas range for better temperature control and a longer lifespan of the product. For pour over practice you might also use it exclusively as a pour kettle with pre-heated water.

Capacity: 1.0 L boiling capacity
Compatibility: Electric and gas safe. Not compatible with induction cooktops. Please be aware that placing product on rough or unclean surfaces, as well as normal daily use on cooking ranges, will damage finish on bottom of kettle. This is normal wear and does not affect functionality. Slight discoloration on bottom of copper Stagg will occur when used on gas and electric stoves
