Live Online Coffee Sessions

Our one on one Workshops are great for anyone wanting to fine-tune, troubleshoot, and level up their coffee skills right at home. The four main areas we cover are:

  • Product
  • Equipment
  • Chemistry 

  • Technique

Because setup and tastes are different, you practice with your own tools and in your own surroundings, which allows us to give personalized advice. We also offer practice coffee sets shipped to your home and curated based on the topic of your Class if you want to explore different flavors.

What You Need:

  • A laptop with a camera, a microphone, and a stable internet connection. A phone on a counter tripod also works as long as the trainer is able to see your workspace and communicate via Zoom.
  • We will send you a short questionnaire asking for information on your tools, preferred coffee, and areas of interest, so we can tailor the Class.
  • There is no need to take notes. All Sessions include an optional video recording, a transcript, and further study material if appropriate. Feel free to invite your friends, colleagues, or family to practice!

How to Book:

Select the topic that most closely matches your interest, or choose "custom" if you are unsure, and go to checkout. All Classes are ultimately personalized, but knowing the direction helps us.

After receiving your order, we’ll email you to schedule your personal Session.
Each lasts between 60-90 min., and we teach Monday-Sunday between 10 AM-8 PM EST. In most cases, we are able to schedule you within ten days of booking, but holiday gifting and winter weekends often bring higher booking volume, and it might take up to 21 days.

Note: If you have a particular date and time in mind, we highly recommend that you CONTACT US before booking to verify that your slot is available. We are always trying to work with your schedule and across time zones.

Follow-ups:

Coffee is a natural product, and part of its beauty is that it changes as we adjust our technique and increase our understanding of it. It is normal for questions to arise after a Workshop when you put your lessons into practice. We offer a 30-day sink-in period where you can contact us to request feedback or ask follow-up questions.
