Every session follows a proven framework, but is fully tailored to you: your equipment, your coffee, your skill level, and your goals. Before your session, we'll ask for details about your setup and areas of interest so we can prepare specifically for you. This is what makes the experience genuinely personal, and what sets it apart from any on-demand course or online video.
What We Cover
This 90-minute session is built around your setup and your goals. Topics include:
- Dialing in grind size, ratio, and water temperature
- Recipe building and tweaking for your specific device
- Brewing chemistry and extraction principles
- Technique for V60, Kalita Wave, Chemex, or any pour over tool you own

What You Need
