Cerrado Mineiro is one of only five regions with a Designation of Origin (DO) status in Brazil. The area has a specific climate and higher elevation - both key factors in producing high-quality beans with characteristics that can be tied back to a particular location. This coffee was the only one that made the cut for our dark roast offer. Dark Matter is chocolate- and Fall spice forward with molasses sweetness, very low acidity and a syrupy, full body. If you like to start your day with a solid and smooth cup, this is it!
