All of our seasonal coffees are rotating, but this one is also a limited release that we were able to secure in low quantity. Peru has amazing microclimate and ten coffee growing regions. The northeast Amazonas area where this coffee is from supplies 12% of the yearly coffee production. This lot is grown on fertile soil under biodiverse conditions with lots of shade trees.
We selected this one for its intense chocolate- and sweet fruit notes of red apple, pear and dried pineapple. Just an all around wonderful experience, versatile and able to adapt to different preparation methods. The fruit acidity is mellow and the aftertaste super pleasant.

Process: Washed with 18 hour fermentation and 15 days drying time
