The course is an excellent intro to the world of pour-over for newcomers and seasoned hands alike. Very much enjoyed Sandra's instruction and perspectives.

I loved the ease of the course, and it really taught me to slow down. You can rewatch the video of your session and once I slowed down the flavor drastically changed!
